The base of this famous liqueur is a premium alcohol of agricultural origin in which we macerate the peel of organically grown lemons by the addition of natural spices. After the maceration process, we combine the distillate with the finest acacia honey, thus obtaining a premium liqueur that enchants with its freshness and refined citrus notes, and which is unique in that it uses honey instead of sugar.

Pelinkovac is a traditional Croatian bitter liqueur (Bitter) made by macerating bitter wormwood leaves in alcohol. Our distillery produces it using our premium grape brandy, with the addition of a mixture of medicinal herbs, and we sweeten this liqueur with honey instead of caramelized sugar, which makes it unique and superior. Combining exclusively natural ingredients gives an excellent result in accordance with the already traditional philosophy of our distillery.
